Ryan Williamson

 
Mr. Ryan Williamson was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana and is a 1994 graduate of Southmont High School. He earned a bachelor or science degree in secondary education and was a scholarship golfer at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Mr. Williamson has been in education for 21 years serving as a Teacher, Department Chair, and Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal.  He has also served as a Head Varsity Coach in Basketball and Golf, and also served as a Varsity Assistant in Football. Mr. Williamson has been married to his lovely wife, Angela for 21 years. Angela is also in education (kindergarten teacher at Lincoln Elementary) and has served as a teacher for 19 years. They have 3 children; Brenden 18, Elliott 15, and Parker 14.

Mr. Carter comes to us with fourteen years of experience in education and began his career as a business teacher at Allendale and Holton High Schools. He also has experience in an athletic director and virtual academy director position at Holton. For the past four years, Mr. Carter has served as the assistant principal for West Michigan Academy, located in Spring Lake, Michigan. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan and his master’s degree from Grand Valley State University in education leadership. He is described by his co-workers and supervisors as passionate about students and their learning, a flexible team player, an effective communicator, detail oriented, a problem solver, and supportive of staff and students

Adam Verseput

 

Mr. Adam Verseput is originally from Lansing, Michigan, and is a graduate of Mason High School.  He earned his teaching certification and his bachelors in history from Kalamazoo College, and holds a masters degree in educational leadership from Grand Valley State University.  Mr. Verseput is a proud resident of South Haven.  He has worked in South Haven Public School's for the past 20 years as a middle school teacher, coach, and athletic director.
