I’m Mrs. Kyle Boswell, and I teach LMC English and I am South Haven Writing Center Director, as well as the Director of the Integrated Learning Center at South Haven High School. I’m in my tenth year of teaching and I love it! Many of my previous students would tell you that I am PASSIONATE about all things English. Whether it’s writing or literature, I’m a fool for English. If you’ve never had me as a teacher before, it’ll be a whole new experience for you.

I’m originally from Northern Michigan, Higgins Lake in particular, and went to college at Western Michigan University (GO BRONCOS). At WMU, I had the chance to get involved with everything from choir to Sigma Tau Delta, but spent most of my time working at the WMU Writing Center. I ended up working there for 4 1/2 years, with the last 2 1/2 working as the Undergraduate Assistant Director. I also taught English 1000 at WMU and loved my overall experience there. Since then, I’ve gotten my master’s degree in English and am now working on my PhD at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Composition, TESOL, and Applied Linguistics.
